1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JJAIServices.com ("the Site") or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

JJAIServices.com offers AI consulting and implementation services, including:

Strategy Session ($50) — A 30-minute 1:1 consultation with an AI Navigator.
Standalone Project ($500) — A standalone AI project to introduce new capabilities to your business.
Expert Led ($5,000) — A fully supported, end-to-end AI implementation engagement.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

Strategy Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Standalone Project and Expert Led engagements may be eligible for a partial refund depending on work completed at the time of cancellation. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

5. SMS / Text Message Terms

SMS Campaign Terms

SMS consent is entirely optional. You are not required to opt in to SMS communications in order to purchase, access, or receive any service from JJAIServices.com. Declining SMS consent will not affect your ability to use our services in any way.

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from JJAIServices.com, you agree to the following:

You will receive SMS messages including project updates, appointment reminders, birthday and holiday greetings, and promotional offers.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

We will never share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, deliverables, and materials produced by JJAIServices.com during an engagement remain the property of JJAIServices.com until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver the services you have purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

JJAIServices.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
